I notarize it, then route the paperwork to the Florida Department of State for the state's own apostille certificate. Service questions

Do you handle Power of Attorney documents, or POAs for vehicle pickup, corporate matters, and similar?

Send over the documents and the signer's contact info (phone and email) and I'll get the session set up and invitations sent. If there's a fee involved I'll quote it before we start, once the platform fee and per-document rate are figured in.

Can you do loan signings or closings, not just single documents?

Yes. Send the closing package and signer availability and I'll coordinate the full documents set (loan docs, seller-executed docs, closing disclosures) for the session, and follow up with the completed packet afterward.

How do I notarize a document?

Four steps. Send me the document ahead of time so I can check it's notarizable and confirm the total. We schedule a session. You join by video with your government photo ID, and the platform runs identity verification before we start. Then you sign on screen while I witness it, and I apply the electronic seal. You get the completed document back the same session. Don't sign it beforehand. I have to witness the signature itself, so a pre-signed document usually has to be redone.
