~15 min notarization sessionFrom $60

Homeschool Transcript Certification notarizes a parent-issued transcript or diploma so colleges, scholarship programs, and state agencies can verify it came from the person who issued it, with apostille routing available if the records are headed overseas.

Notarization and certification of homeschool transcripts, course records, and parent-issued diplomas. We verify the issuing parent or administrator, notarize the records, and prepare a certified package accepted by colleges, scholarship programs, and state agencies — with apostille routing available when the records are bound for use abroad.

How it works

  1. Verify the issuer

I confirm your identity as the parent or administrator who issued the transcript, using government-issued photo ID.

  2. Notarize the record

I notarize your signature on the transcript or diploma, completing the notarial certificate and journal entry.

  3. Prepare the certified package

I assemble the notarized records into a package formatted for the receiving college, scholarship program, or state agency.

  4. Apostille routing, if needed

If the records are headed to a school or program overseas, I route the notarized package to Florida DOS for apostille.

Frequently asked questions

Will colleges accept a notarized homeschool transcript?

Most colleges and scholarship programs accept a notarized parent-issued transcript as proof it came from the issuing parent or administrator. Some schools have their own additional requirements, so confirm with the specific admissions office first.

Do you verify the grades or coursework itself?

No. I verify that you're the person who signed the transcript, not the accuracy of the grades or coursework. That verification is between you and the receiving institution.
