~15 min notarization sessionFrom $65

Vehicle Pickup Authorization Affidavit notarizes the form authorizing someone else to release your vehicle, and I coordinate directly with the tow yard or impound facility so the release goes through without back-and-forth.

Notarization of a vehicle pickup authorization form (yours or the facility's template). Our team coordinates directly with the tow yard or impound facility on the notarization scheduling and release paperwork they require.

How it works

  1. Send the form

Send me your facility's release form, or I'll provide a standard pickup authorization affidavit if they don't have one.

  2. Confirm facility requirements

I call the tow yard or impound facility to confirm exactly what they require on the notarized form before the session.

  3. Notarize

I verify the vehicle owner's photo ID and notarize the signed authorization by RON or in person.

  4. Deliver to the facility

I send the completed, sealed form to the facility or to you, whichever they require for pickup.

Frequently asked questions

Can someone else pick up my car with this form?

Yes, once it's notarized and the facility confirms the person picking up matches the name on the authorization and brings their own photo ID.

Does the tow yard need anything besides the notarized form?

Most facilities also want a copy of the owner's ID and sometimes the vehicle registration. I confirm the exact list with your specific facility before the session so nothing gets rejected at pickup.
