Timing depends on the document requirements and the signer's availability. Tell me your deadline when you reach out and I'll confirm a time by phone or email. No rush on my end either way, if it isn't urgent just let me know and I'll schedule it on the standard timeframe.
You don't have to go anywhere. Florida allows remote online notarization, so we do it over a secure video session from wherever you are. You'll need a government photo ID and about fifteen minutes. If you'd rather do it in person, I cover Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach in person, and I'm available around the clock for remote sessions. Send me the document and I'll tell you which way makes more sense for what you've got.
Remote sessions run 24/7, including weekends and holidays. There's no branch to catch before closing. If you need something notarized at eleven at night because a deadline hits in the morning, that's a normal request here, not an exception.
